Five Year Limited Warranty
Innovative Products Unlimited, Inc. warrants the original purchaser of our products against defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of five years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as casters and fabrics which are subject to normal wear and replacement and are warranted for two years. "No-rust" caster are guaranteed to never rust.

Excellent Shower Chair
We purchased this chair for my Dad and it works great. The drop down arms and the folding foot rest work great. It is really well made and seems like it will last forever. It is easy to keep clean as well. The customer service at careprodx is excellent. They quickly responded to my questions and even reached out the the manufacturer about an option I wanted to add to a previous chair. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend.
